 RAISE FUNDS TODAY

To help registered charities, schools (whether primary, secondary or tertiary) and registered research organisations, for every pair of prescription eyewear purchased from Ezychoice Optical Pty Ltd's website www.ezychoice.com we will donate $10 to the charity, educational institution or research organisation of your choice.  For every pair of sunglasses purchased we will donate $5 to the charity, educational institution or research organisation of your choice.

You can be a student, a parent, a grandparent, a friend or a member of a community who supports education, research, the Salvation Army, the RSL or any other registered charity. You can be anywhere in the world.

1. Download the Fundraising Program Membership Form, Fact Sheet and Terms and Conditions.

2. Take to your Principal or the CEO of your chosen charity.

3. Ask them to fill out the forms, scan and email to us at fundraising@ezychoice.com.

1. When you purchase your eyewear from www.ezychoice.com please indicate your name, today's date and the name of your registered charity, educational institution or registered research organisation in the pop up email prior to checking out and paying.
2. A payment will be made when $50 or more (for organisations based in Australia) or $100 or more (for international organisation) has accrued in your Fundraising Program account.
