- Privacy & Security
- In order to fill your order we must request your name and a delivery address. To place your order you will need a valid email address, as we need to confirm your order. Your privacy is very important to us. We do not share our customer list with any other companies. We do send out marketing material periodically. Should you not wish to receive marketing material please notify us by clicking on the appropriate link when you receive that email.
- Payment Information
- All eyewear orders are paid for at the time of ordering. We utilise ANZ Bank's eGate credit card processing facility. It is a secure 128-bit SSL encryption system. In order to pay for the goods you must provide a valid credit card, or for Australian customers, deposit money directly into Ezychoice Optical Pty Ltd bank account. We do not keep your credit card details on file. Once your order has been placed and your credit card transaction is completed, the details are immediately deleted. Should you wish to order subsequent eyewear on another occasion you will need to re-enter all of your credit card details.
- Quality, Refunds and Return Policy
- Providing a high quality, precision engineered product at an affordable price is very important to us. We have total confidence in the quality of our precision engineered eyewear. Our eyewear frame manufacturer has over 25 years experience. A range of lens are available. We recommend lens of 1.61 or higher quality.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee because we have confidence in the quality of our products. Please inspect your eyewear as soon as you receive it. Should there be a problem or if your eyewear has been damaged during delivery, please email us on returns@ezychoice.com immediately.
In order to receive your 100% money back guarantee you must:
1. Advise us by email or telephone of the problem within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
2. Repackage all items (including eyewear frame and prescription lens, complimentary protective case and any other complimentary components) and post to us by registered mail to 27 Moss Street, Slacks Creek, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia 4127.
3. Upon receipt of all components of your order we will arrange for a full refund of your payment.
4. Please note that the guarantee covers damage in transit, incorrect lens prescription fitted or similar. It does not cover a “change of heart”.
- Your Order
- We ask that you take care when filling in your on-line prescription details and that you double check all details. We will confirm your order and request you check the prescription numerical values. Once we have received your confirmation email and placed the lens order with the factory, we are unable to change the values. If, after placing your order, you realise that you have incorrectly entered the values, please email or telephone us immediately.
- Postage and Shipping
- We post all orders via Australia Post and your in-country equivalent. We also use TNT Couriers and DHL Couriers from time to time for larger orders. We only deliver to a street address. We do not deliver to a postal box. If you work full-time we suggest that you request delivery to your business address to save inconvenience. You will receive your eyewear order within 2-3 weeks. We cannot guarantee a date for delivery as it is dependent upon your local postal service.
